Tuscarora State Park - Spirit of Tuscarora Trail
153 acres within the park show the characteristics of an old growth forest ecosystem. White pine, Eastern hemlock biomes, as well as broadleaf evergreen biomes grow within the old-growth area and there are large colonies of club mosses and multiple wildflowers. Large stands of oaks also exist here. There are remnants of ice-harvesting activity in evidence.
