Bristol Woods County Park
Bristol Woods Park is the most natural of all the Kenosha County Parks. This 200-acre park boasts over 4 miles of hiking trails through mature oak-hickory woodlands, vernal pools, and evidence of a glacial past and more recent agricultural past with overgrown apple orchards. Trees found in the park include mature red oak, white oak and burr oak, as well quaking aspens, black cherry, shagbark hickory, and sugar maples.
Visitors can also stop by the Pringle Nature Center which is a regional resource where people of all ages can experience nature, environmental education, conservation and stewardship and in doing so, be inspired to become responsible stewards of the environment or visit the aerial adventure park in the northwest part of the park.
